Shipping and delivery

All orders are hand-packed by me.
As an independent artist, I don’t use warehouses or automated fulfillment services — each item is carefully prepared and packaged individually.

Orders are usually shipped starting from the second business day after payment confirmation.
Shipping is handled via standard courier service with tracking number, which will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time:
3-5 business days (may vary depending on destination and carrier-related delays)

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond my control, but I’m always available to help if any issues arise.
